Production Line Design and Process

The production line utilizes an integrated design concept, covering the entire process from raw material handling to finished product packaging, and also includes waste fiber recycling to ensure continuous and efficient operations.


Coarse Carding Fine Carding Drawing Spinning Winding Waste Fiber Separation

1. No. 1 Carding Machine: Used for the initial opening and carding of the raw fiber.

2. No. 3 Carding Machine: Used for a finer carding of the fiber, further straightening it and removing impurities.

3. 2-Pass Drawing Frame: Used for the initial combining and drafting of the fiber slivers to improve uniformity.

4. 6-Pass Drawing Frame: Used for multiple stages of combining and drafting the fiber slivers to achieve a high degree of parallelization and evenness.

5. Spinning Machine: Used to twist the fiber slivers into yarn with a specific strength.

6. Winding Machine: Used to wind the finished sliver or yarn into standard, compact spools.
