Project Overview
Weida Machinery successfully delivered an economic automatic fiber extraction line to a client in Turkey. This project aims to turn local banana plantation waste into valuable textile and industrial raw materials.
Solution Details
The line integrates two key processing steps:
- Extraction: The ZGM-4403 Automatic Fiber Extraction Machine efficiently strips fibers from fresh banana stems. Its robust 7.5KW motor ensures consistent performance even with high-moisture stems.
- Cleaning: The CZ-1000*2000 Fiber Cleaning Machine (Dehydrator/Brushing Machine) immediately processes the extracted fiber. It removes residual pulp, impurities, and excess water, significantly improving fiber quality and drying speed.
Process Optimization
By combining extraction and cleaning in a continuous workflow, we helped the client reduce labor costs and improve overall efficiency. This setup reflects our commitment to Process Optimization, providing a seamless “Waste-to-Resource” solution for the agricultural sector.
