Sisal Fiber Combing and Sliver Winding Line

Project Overview

This project features a specialized line for producing sisal slivers (cakes) used in construction materials (e.g., polishing buffs or reinforcement). The line consists of a combing machine and a sliver winding machine.

Solution Configuration

  1. Sisal Combing Machine (LJ-12.0):
    • Powered by a 4KW motor, this machine combs the raw sisal fiber to align the strands and remove short fibers and impurities.
    • Adjustable settings allow for precise control over the combing quality.
  2. Sliver Winding Machine (MRJ-600):
    • Automatically winds the combed fiber into uniform slivers or “cakes”.
    • Features an “Auto-Unload” function when the pan is full, significantly increasing operational efficiency.
