This project involves a small-scale processing line for pineapple leaf fiber extraction, combining high-efficiency extraction with effective dehydration.

Solution Configuration

The solution consists of:

1. Automatic Fiber Extractor ZGM-4403: Powered by a 7.5KW motor, this machine efficiently decorticates fresh pineapple leaves to extract raw fibers.
2. Fiber Dehydrator CZ-1000*500: A 4KW cleaning and impurity removal unit that processes the extracted fibers, removing excess water and residues to prepare them for drying.

The system is designed to handle a throughput of 500-1000kg of fresh leaves per hour, making it ideal for small to medium-scale operations.
